Heather Flowers are a beautiful tiny flower native to Ireland, Scotland, Scandinavia, Russia & Northern North America. When carried Heather is said to guard against rape & other violent crimes. It is also said to bring good luck to the wearer. When carrying Heather for luck it is best to use white Heather. It is said if you burn Heather with Ferns outside that it will attract rain.

However Heather has long been used to conjure ghosts and spirits. The Fae are especially fond of this beautiful dainty flower. This is a great offering for the Fae on Beltane. I especially love to add little bits of Heather to my favorite teas.
